Shipping policy

MANUFACTURE TIMES
Each product description contains an estimate for how long the product will take before it is shipped. For in-stock items this time is typically 2-3 business days, and for made-to-order this time is typically 5-10 business days before the item is shipped.
We do everything that we can to ensure your items is made as quickly as possible but it is not uncommon for an item to not ship until the 10th business day during busier times of the year. We are a 1-person shop so please be patient with the making of your item.

SHIPPING SERVICES
In most cases shipping is done via UPS and USPS ground based on variable daily shipping rates. For purchase amounts above a certain amount shipping using these services will be provided at no charge to the customer. The threshold for free shipping may change from time to time, and without notice.
Once you have been notified of your item being shipped please allow for anywhere from 2-5 days for it to reach its destination. Once an item is in the hands of a courier service we no longer have any control over how long that item takes to make its way from point A to point B. On very rare occasions packages are delayed due to courier error, a miss-scanned label, or inclimate weather in a region. 

DAMAGED, LOST, or STOLEN PACKAGES
In the event a package arrives damaged please take photos of any damaged packaging and the damaged item, set them aside and contact us immediately. Do not attempt to use, repair, or otherwise modify any damaged items.
If an item is lost in transit or you suspect it has been stolen please contact us immediately.
Every item shipped is insured for its full value, in the event of a damaged, lost, or stolen package Adams Wood Co. will immediately initiate an insurance claim. As part of that claims process we may need information from you such as photos, times, dates, and location. You may also be contacted directly by our insurance provider for additional information.
